He knows Kingpin has killed allies, knows what he is like. So what does this intelligent character do? Tells Kingpin that he plotted in poisoning his love and that he steals money and then he blackmails him as he is about to go into hiding. Every other ally has either fled or been killed by the Kingpin. Anything! No, he had her drugged, she regains consciousness, he leaves a gun on the table within her reach and she grabs it and shoots him with it. Bring a few of the rest? Bring some bribed cops. He leaves 8 guards on Fisk I think it was. He gets a call and he goes alone for some dumb reason.

It's put in there for drama but it is so out of place and annoyingly it is inserted into what is probably the best half of season 1. Then they're magically back to being besties again. It is so, so bad and it lasts 2 episodes. So the rift between Nelson and Murdock has to be one of the worst I've seen. The worst being the absolutely forced and pointless rift between Murdock and Nelson, the smartest character (Wesley) becoming the dumbest, actually add Leland to that too, and the ease of the beatdown on Kingpin. Then qe get to the later part of the series.with the worst and best elements of the show. The scene in the hallway res uing the kid is very well done though. In this they take about 20 shots each before their down. Also, if Daredevil is bonking regular Russian mafia in the heads, they go down. A lot of the dialogue is decent to be fair but in the early episodes it goes through the usual motions of 'You and I are a lot alike' bs. The big issue lies in the dialogue and writing.

Actually, the acting of every actor in this is great I feel.

It's not bad and the actor playing Daredevil is great. Honestly, I think a 9 out of 10 is too high for this.
